Since most of us want to make our lives better, reading Fashion Fridays may be just the answer. This is my third post for Fashion Fridays and I think I'm onto something, as my followers seem to be enjoying it . Therefore darlings I implore you to leave comments and engage . In my opinion that's what makes our lives better .

FASHION FRIDAYS - MAKES YOUR LIFE BETTER WITH THERAPY.

When I sat down to write this post this week, I thought about how writing this could make a real difference . While I won't reveal my age I'm not a kid . Therefore it has surprised me how much I have gotten from going to therapy . Although this is my first experience with therapy , it is self evident that I would have benefited from going much earlier . Going to therapy originally was to treat an addiction , but it soon grew it to an amazing life experience . It has opened me up to taking many self-help workshops and the discovery of Mindfulness .

What is mindfulness ? 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.

Whenever you bring awareness to what you’re directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you’re being mindful. And there’s growing research showing that when you train your brain to be mindful, you’re actually remodeling the physical structure of your brain.

How Do I Practice Mindfulness

What I have started is a practice of mindful walking . Although this is not my own discovery I perform it differently than most. Therefore what I do is a walk through my city environment concentrating on my breath and being mindful of every step I take . Hence during this walk things will come to my mind as thoughts  arise I say thank-you for sharing and let it drift by. Here's what I see and how it has calmed my anxiety . Being mindful in an environment that might normally cause anxiety and being calm has changed my life. Concentrating on the environment with no judgement TRY It. FASHION FRIDAYS : CANADA LEGALIZES POT 

OR

FASHION FRIDAYS : POUCHES A GOOD PLACE TO CARRY YOUR POT

While most of my readers are American , I am a Canadian writing in Vancouver Canada. Since Vancouver is the city of the west coast, much like Los Angeles in attitude , pot is no big deal. Here in Vancouver we have pot dispensaries in almost every block. However in eastern Canada it may not be as prevalent.

Canada is the second country in the world to legalize marijuana, paving the way for recreational sales throughout the country. Therefore prepare yourself for October 17 as pot will be legal across Canada.

 Uruguay did so in 2013. Nine states and Washington, DC, have legalized marijuana for recreational use for adults over the age of 21.

Furthermore darling's I'm not a big pot smoker , however socially I prefer it to drinking. Since we all have our own relationship with marijuana we can agree it's something we should probably hide from the kids. maybe the boss , possibly the parents , certainly the border people. Therefore with this new found freedom to smoke or use edibles I have searched my merchants to find the cutest pouches to keep your stash.

In conclusion , another week is over and I'm feeling that much more comfortable with this Friday thing . When you put a deadline on yourself , you can cause yourself unnecessary stress. Therefore my Friday post needed the weekend to be perfected. However I'll still call this Fashion Fridays ....please leave comments and contact me thanks.
